This is something that Endemol, M-Net, or MultiChoice Group of Companies are willing to accept.

      of the information I’ve. I understand that my consent to these checks is not an assurance of being
      selected to take part.
   7. Even if I am chosen as a participant, Producers aren’t bound to create the program even in the event
      when the programme is produced it is not binding to producers or broadcasters. Producers as well as any other broadcaster to air it;

1. 1. The decisions of the Producers regarding the selection of participants is final and there will be no explanations given. I
      We agree not to contest or appeal against the decisions.
   2. I will protect my information as strictly the information confidential and will not release without the written permission of the Producers at any time , disclose any information to
      the date I submit this audition form , and for the duration of twelve (12) months after the initial broadcast on the television channel of
      the final season in the final episode of Big Brother Mzansi, disclose and publish to anyone any incident or conversation.
